3- That you have full power and authority to enter into a contract, and that in doing so you will not be violating any law or contract.
Eligibility to receive services:
Store.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable and non-revocable license to obtain and use our software only for personal purposes in accordance with this contract, so you must:
1- Do not make the programs available, or rent, lease, assign, resell, distribute, or sublicense these programs to any third party.
2- Do not modify, extract, translate, summarize, or create a sub-work that decompiles or reverse-engineers the design of Storkom’s programs and systems, or otherwise identifies or deletes.Firstly identify or attempt to access the source code or internal design of the Services or any text, multimedia, data or other information provided by Storkom or third party service providers.
3- Do not delete, change, or otherwise modify any copyright or other official notices contained in the services.
4- Do not intentionally transfer or distribute the Services, or allow the Services to be downloaded for use other than what is specified here. Do not claim to provide the Services or allow access to them to anyone other than yourself
5- Do not allow the sharing of the user name/password, contracted program serial, or other justifications for accessing Store.com services.
paying off:
Store.com reserves the right to impose new fees for the use of services, software and technical support. If Store.com decides to impose new fees, you will be notified of this and you will be allowed to continue or terminate the contract.
Store.com may modify or update prices from time to time. It is your responsibility to remain aware of the current prices for the services provided through the prices page, which can be accessed through the home page, or you can contact us to find out the details.
You must pay the value of the services to Store.com immediately after providing the service to you. You are solely responsible for paying all fees on time and acknowledge that any amount paid is non-refundable.
By agreeing to these user terms, you agree that you are entitled to obtain Store.com services and programs, and that failure to pay the amounts owed to you will result in blocking your use of the service and the data stored on it.
In the event that you do not pay the value of the contracted service or program, Store.com will give you a maximum period of thirty days for payment before blocking your use of the service or program and the data stored on it, provided that this period is invoiced by Store.com and paid by you as a user.
